- Wrist pads: one pair of full length wrist guards made with a breathable mesh fabric and top and bottom plastic splints
- Elbow pads: one pair of open backed pads with velcro straps for a firm fit.
- Knee pads: one pair of open backed pads with velcro straps for a firm fit.
Comes with a lightweight net mesh drawstring bag for easy carrying/drying.
